Modularity with a system.

The special construction features of the MATO 2 series are the result of many years of practical experience and targeted development work. The system is available as a frame or stem/bar scaffolding in widths of 95 or 65cm. The two design widths can be optionally combined.

The lightweight design was also consistently implemented for aluminium scaffolding coatings. This simplifies the installation and guarantees the user a maximum of safety.

Certain to be quicker and more flexible.

The MATO 2 lightweight scaffolding offers the scaffolder maximum flexibility. The heart of the system are the plates that are installed every 50cm up the scaffolding and enable connections in four directions.

In the case of round buildings or winding layouts, the MATO 2's strengths come to the fore and allow installation speeds of previously unknown dimensions. The installation of inserted floors, consoles and other accessories takes a matter of seconds and does not require any tools.

As strong as necessary, as light as possible!

MATO 2 is a contemporary lightweight system, which was developed specifically for more efficiency and flexibility for work on scaffolding. Depending on the construction height and maximum load, steel frames with a wall thickness of 2.7mm or aluminium frames with a thickness of 4mm are used. The steel design permits construction heights of up to 60m and higher, the aluminium version allows heights of up to 40m and higher.

For particularly strong loads, frames with a wall thickness of 3.25mm are available. They are compatible with the normal lightweight frames.

Time and cost savings of up to 50%.

Experience in practice has shown that with contemporary lightweight scaffoldings up to 50% of time savings can be achieved compared to traditional heavy systems. With consistently increasing cost pressure, this is an important factor for success. But the lightweight design not only has significant benefits when installing the scaffolding.

Thanks to the low weight, the load volume during transport is increased, handling becomes safer and storage is easier.
